1. Stage-Based Cancellation & Refund Rules

Anivel Media operates on stage-based resource allocation. Refunds are strictly administered according to project milestones: • Within 48 Hours of Payment (No Work Started): Full refund minus third-party payment gateway / banking transaction charges. • After 48 Hours of Payment (No Work Started): Refund minus a 10% administrative planning fee and gateway charges. • Video Concept / Scriptwriting Commenced: The Video Concept fee (₹300 per asset or plan equivalent) is non-refundable once scripts or hook angles have been drafted. • Video Shoot Completed: The Video Shoot fee (₹500 per asset or plan equivalent) and any location/equipment expenses are non-refundable once filming has taken place. • Video Editing Commenced / First Draft Delivered: Non-refundable once editing has started or a draft review has been dispatched. • Final Asset Approved / Delivered: Absolutely non-refundable once final master files are approved or delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law.

2. Monthly Retainer & 3-Month Advance Cancellations

• Creative & Brand Retainers Mid-Cycle: For cancellations initiated mid-cycle, fees for the current active month and work completed are retained. Any unused, pre-paid full future monthly cycles will be refunded. • Discounted 3-Month Brand Retainers: When a client accepts the discounted 3-month advance rate (e.g. ₹5,000/mo instead of ₹7,500/mo) and subsequently terminates before completing all 3 months, the advance discount is forfeited. Utilized months will be retroactively calculated and billed at the standard regular monthly rate, and any remaining balance refunded. • Event Shoots & Custom Productions: Governed by the specific milestone terms in the signed quotation.

3. Non-Refundable Third-Party Outlays

The following incurred costs are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances: • Paid advertising and boost budgets deployed to Meta, Google, or other ad platforms. • Domain registrations, web hosting setups, or third-party software subscriptions. • Paid stock video footage, licensed music, fonts, or third-party digital assets. • Travel, transport, equipment rentals, prop purchases, or studio location booking fees already incurred. Service Remedy: If Anivel Media fails to deliver an agreed deliverable due to reasons solely within its direct control, Anivel Media will re-execute the deliverable at no additional charge, or offer a fair pro-rata service credit or refund for the undelivered portion.
