TERMS OF SERVICE.

To ensure dedicated creative scheduling and camera equipment allocation, payments must follow our official v2.0 schedule: • Demo Plan: 100% advance payment required prior to onboarding and scriptwriting. • Individual Video & Combo Plans: 50% advance booking deposit; remaining 50% balance payable after final video is completed and watermarked preview is approved. Master final 4K/high-res files are released strictly upon full settlement. • Creative Plans (Monthly Tiers): 100% advance payment required before the start of each monthly service cycle. • Brand Growth Retainers: First monthly installment payable before commencement. For clients opting for the discounted 3-month advance rate (saving ₹2,500/month), the full 3-month amount must be paid in advance. Subsequent installments follow the agreed proposal schedule. • Commercial Event Shoots & Custom Plans: As per quotation, standard terms are 50% booking deposit and 50% upon shooting wrap / delivery completion. Late Payments: Late payments may result in immediate pausing of active shooting, editing, revisions, publishing, and ad management. Project timelines will extend by the delay period. A placeholder interest charge of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances. Payments are processed via UPI, direct IMPS/NEFT bank transfer, or authorized payment gateways. Anivel Media never stores credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or OTPs.

Standard delivery schedules: • Single Video Assets: 3–5 working days from receipt of all required materials and approvals. • Creative Plans: 12–20 working days per monthly cycle, depending on shoot schedules, client approvals, and campaign cadence. • Brand Retainers: Executed per the agreed master editorial calendar. • Event & Custom Shoots: As specified in quotation. Timelines commence only after payment, access permissions, product samples, instructions, and creative approvals are received. Client delays, platform outages, weather impediments on outdoor shoots, or force majeure events automatically extend timelines. Revisions: Each video/creative asset includes two (2) rounds of consolidated revisions unless agreed otherwise in writing. Feedback must be consolidated and submitted within three (3) working days of receiving a draft. If no feedback is received within 3 working days, the draft is deemed approved. Revisions requested after final approval or scope modifications constitute additional billable work. Unused deliverables within a monthly cycle expire at cycle conclusion and do not roll over.

Ad & Boost Costs Excluded: All Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and platform boost costs are strictly excluded from our service fees and are paid directly by the client through their own ad account. Client Truthfulness: Clients must provide accurate, lawful information, offers, pricing, logos, and product claims. Anivel Media will not knowingly produce misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content. Before publication, the client confirms all claims, guarantees, certifications (such as FSSAI, RERA, etc.), and testimonials are truthful and verifiable. No Guaranteed Algorithmic Outcomes: Organic reach, virality, algorithmic distribution, follower counts, leads, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) are influenced by dynamic platform algorithms and market variables. Anivel Media applies high-retention industry methodologies, but specific reach or ROAS numbers are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written contract.

Permissions: The client is responsible for obtaining all location permissions, property access, and talent releases. Model Releases: Written talent releases must be obtained for any identifiable individuals appearing in commercial footage. Minors (Under 18): Any participant under the age of 18 requires verifiable written parental or legal guardian consent prior to shooting or publishing. Under-18 participants must never be targeted with behavioral ad tracking. Rescheduling: Shoot dates rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may incur an equipment and crew rescheduling fee. Raw Footage: Final deliverables are supplied in edited formats. Raw unedited camera footage is retained on our production drives for 60 days following final delivery, after which it may be purged.

License to Final Work: Upon 100% full payment, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable right to use the final delivered video files, edited creatives, and approved scripts for its commercial business activities. Anivel Media Retained IP: Anivel Media retains ownership of raw video footage, editable project files (Premiere/After Effects project files), proprietary editing templates, sound effects formats, and internal creative know-how unless a full buyout is agreed in writing. Portfolio Use: Anivel Media reserves the right to display final published work, case study analytics, and brand snippets in its creative portfolio, agency website, and social channels, unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to production. Termination: Monthly recurring plans may be cancelled by either party with fifteen (15) days written notice. On termination, the client retains completed deliverables paid in full, and Anivel Media relinquishes platform role access subject to full settlement of accounts.
